Senior Culture & Internal Communications Executive
Position Summary
As our Senior Culture & Internal Communications Executive, you will work internal connection, employee engagement, and culture localization to create an exceptional workplace experience at MFV.
In this role, you will work in a tight-knit creative team: pairing with the Senior Employer Branding Executive to unify internal and external storytelling, and partnering with the Senior Brand & Creative Designer to translate culture and corporate messaging into engaging visual assets. Alongside the leadership team, you will champion Money Forward Group’s vision and core values across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Culture Integration & Employee Engagement
- Culture Nurturing & Localization: Adapt and integrate Money Forward Group's corporate ethos, core philosophy, and foundational principles into daily Vietnam operations, recognition systems, and organizational behavior.
- Employee Engagement & Experience: Evaluate internal sentiment using quantitative instruments (such as pulse surveys or eNPS), converting employee insights into impactful initiatives that strengthen retention and workplace satisfaction.
- Corporate Events & Community: Design and execute major organizational gatherings, key celebrations, and culture milestones from initial ideation through full rollout.
- Internal Awards Management: Oversee and continuously refine corporate recognition schemes (including MVP, MVT, Culture Hero, and AI Hero) to honor key accomplishments while reinforcing shared company values.
2. Internal Communication & Executive Support
- Internal Channels Management: Oversee and optimize MFV internal communications platforms (Slack, Notion, All-Hands, etc.) to drive clear, authentic, and effective two-way dialogue.
- Leadership Alignment & Transparency: Establish dependable communication avenues connecting leadership with staff to deepen shared understanding and open organizational alignment.
- Executive Messaging & Content: Collaborate with executive leadership to craft high-impact company updates, town hall presentations, and key internal addresses.
- Organizational Change Communication: Guide company-wide shifts, procedural updates, and strategic milestones using thoughtful, cohesive, and reassuring messaging strategies.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Employer Branding & Marketing Partnership: Team up with EB and marketing colleagues to translate internal milestones, employee achievements, and cultural highlights into compelling external stories.
- Creative Design Synergy: Collaborate closely with creative design partners to produce captivating visual assets, event identities, branded merchandise, and workspace installations that embody MFV's identity.
- HQ & Global Integration: Connect with Money Forward Group's international Culture and Communications partners to advance cross-border synergy and unified organizational practices.
Qualifications
Required
- Professional Background: Over 5 years of demonstrated expertise across Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, Culture Nurturing, Corporate Event Management, or Organizational Development.
- Tech Industry Experience: Demonstrated success driving cultural initiatives and shaping internal messaging within high-growth software and tech organizations.
- Communication & Storytelling Excellence: Exceptional copywriting and storytelling capabilities in English and Vietnamese, with the aptitude to articulate complex organizational updates with clarity, authenticity, and care.
- Event Leadership & Delivery: Direct, end-to-end experience leading large-scale corporate gatherings (500+ attendees) alongside key workplace experience programs.
- Modern Workplace Tools & AI: Proficiency with modern productivity solutions (Notion, Slack, Canva) and generative AI applications like ChatGPT to enhance content creation.

- Executive Communication & Leadership Alignment: Proven track record assisting executive messaging and partnering closely with senior leadership teams.
- Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Familiarity with Japanese corporate dynamics or background collaborating within multinational and regional environments.
- Empathy & Community Engagement: Strong empathetic approach and active listening skills, with a passion for uniting teams and fostering uplifting workplace initiatives.

- Lead end-to-end management of major corporate gatherings, All-Hands sessions, and key employee engagement offerings.
- Leverage quantitative sentiment analysis and modern platforms to continuously elevate workplace satisfaction and employee retention.
- Shape internal culture through compelling storytelling, authentic team connections, and impactful community-building activities.

- Working hour: Flexible start 8AM-9AM from Mon-Fri
