NeoAP didn't just deliver features; they moved the business needle, becoming the second-largest ARR and profit contributor in MFV’s ERP suite. Their engineering metrics spoke for themselves:

Teams often assume going faster requires longer hours or cutting corners. NeoAP proved the exact opposite.

"Maintaining zero regressions required clear safeguards: feature-flag gating to ship safely behind flags, strict quality gates with >90% unit test coverage, and pre-implementation benchmarking using Datadog and EXPLAIN ANALYZE to catch slow queries before shipping", Johan, Principal Software Engineer / Technical Architect.
"We daily sync on feature status to clarify concerns early . As QA, whenever I catch a spec gap, we jump on a quick discussion, align on an action plan, and create a fixed story by the next afternoon. Small changes mean a small blast radius", Hubert, QA Lead
